      <title>Die Bilanzierung von Instrumenten zur gestaltung des demografischen Wandels</title>
      <link>http://www.ageingatwork.eu/?i=ageingatwork.en.relevantliterature.93</link>
      <description>Der vorliegende Projektbericht dient als Handlungsleitfaden für kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen zur Gestaltung des demografischen Wandels. Im ersten Teil des Projektberichtes sind ausgewählte Instrumente und Gestaltungsansätze auf ihre Praxistauglichkeit und Anwendbarkeit hin überprüft und bezüglich ihrer Stärken und Schwächen aufbereitet worden. Ziel ist die Zusammenstellung eines Werkzeugkastens zur Gestaltung des demografischen Wandels. Im zweiten Teil sind die ausgewählten Instrumente des Werkzeugkastens in einem Handlungsleitfaden für betriebliche Akteure beschrieben (was ist zu tun, wann ist es zu tun, wie ist es zu tun, wer ist beteiligt). Der Schwerpunkt der Projektaktivitäten liegt im Bereich der alter(n)sflexiblen Arbeitsgestaltung. Mit Hilfe einer alter(n)skritischen Gefährdungsbeurteilung werden vorhandene Arbeitsplätze bewertet&#xD;
und Gestaltungsmaßnahmen abgeleitet. Die Gestaltungsnotwendigkeit wird in Form eines einfachen Ampelmodells aufgezeigt.&#xD;
Die Ergebnisse werden verknüpft mit der Altersstrukturanalyse und der Qualifikationsbedarfsanalyse des jeweiligen Arbeitsbereiches und im Zusammenhang interpretiert. Das Konzept ist mit unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten in jeweils 4 deutschen und niederländischen Unternehmen erprobt und im dritten Teil des Berichtes dokumentiert worden.</description>
